Inside the building, before entering each apartment there is a large lounge with fireplace leading spaciousness and warmth to the apartments.

The house is ideal for renting with families or friends (2 to 4 places) or group (up to 20-25 places).

Renting the entire building for a group of friends or family is very comfortable, since the common living room with fireplace for all apartments is very spacious and comfortable to use it as a meeting place.
